Demo, AI Setup and Free Tool Terms
These terms add to our Terms of Service for three offers: our free demos, the one-time AI Setup, and our free Claude skills. A signed agreement, where there is one, controls.
Demos
- Our demos are free: a recorded demo video you can watch after you enter your email, and live demo calls in which our team shows you the JotMind software working on buildings in your market.
- A demo is a showing of the software. It does not include a license, data, or any deliverable unless our team agrees otherwise during or after the demo.
- Anything shown during a demo, live or recorded, is subject to the same Usage Policy and accuracy limits as the software itself. Verify before you rely on it or reach out.
- When you watch the demo video, we record how you use that page (for example plays, pauses, how far you watch and what you click) with the email you entered, so our team can follow up. See our Privacy Policy.
- If you can’t make a live demo call, tell us and we’ll find another time.
The AI Setup
- The AI Setup is a one-time service: our team configures your company’s own Claude account for commercial roofing sales work in a live session, with a short support period afterward. It is covered by a signed AI Setup Services Agreement.
- You open, own and pay for your Claude account and any tools connected to it, under your own agreements with those providers. We never ask for your passwords; you run the screen share and can remove our access at any time.
- The AI Setup does not include a JotMind app license, property or contact data, data provider accounts, or your AI subscription.
- AI providers change their products without notice. We are not responsible if a provider change stops part of a setup from working after delivery.
Free Claude skills
- Our free skills are made for Claude. They require a Claude plan that supports skills, and we do not support them in other AI products.
- We grant you a free, non-exclusive license to download, install, use and adapt our free skills inside your own business. You may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute them, or offer them as your own product, or remove JotMind branding.
- Free skills contain instructions and reference material only. They contain no personal information and no property or contact data, and they do not connect to JotMind.
- Free skills run inside your own Claude account. Anything you type into them, and anything they produce, is processed by Anthropic under your agreement with Anthropic, not by JotMind.
- Free skills are provided as-is, with no warranty or support obligation. Their output can be wrong. You are responsible for how you use it, including following our Usage Policy and the calling and email laws that apply to you.
- Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. JotMind is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic.
